Therapeutic Yoga: A 3-Week Series for Stress Relief and Nervous System Support
This gentle, three-week therapeutic yoga series offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn practical tools to support greater ease and well-being. Drawing from somatic movement, yoga therapy, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, each class is designed to help participants increase awareness of habitual tension patterns, release physical and emotional stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety and connection within themselves. Through slow, mindful movement and guided self-exploration, you'll learn ways to support nervous system regulation, improve breath function, and foster peace, balance, and self-compassion.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. This series welcomes all bodies and abilities and is especially supportive for those experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, chronic tension, or anyone seeking a more grounded and peaceful relationship with themselves. Come as you are and discover how small, intentional practices can create meaningful shifts in both body and mind. Bio: Alyssa Baker is a licensed mental health therapist and yoga therapist-in-training who integrates yoga philosophy, somatic education, and mind-body practices to support whole-being healing. Passionate about helping individuals reconnect with and soothe their mind, body, and spirit,

Alyssa brings a holistic approach to her work. She is currently completing certification requirements for a 500-hour Yoga Therapy training through the International SomaYoga Institute under the guidance of Ann Maxwell and Molly McManus of Yoga North in Duluth, Minnesota.
