This all-levels, beginner-friendly class invites you to explore the supportive magic of yoga props. Blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets are thoughtfully woven throughout the practice to help you feel more stable, supported, and at ease, whether you’re moving or resting. The class encourages curiosity over perfection and offers options to meet your body where it is—supporting movement with comfort, confidence, and care.
