New Year’s Day is a powerful time to explore the balance between closure and new beginnings. As 2025 comes to a close, we’ll gently release what no longer serves us, and as 2026 begins, we’ll open our hearts and minds to the possibilities of a new year.

This 60-minute, all-levels practice will begin with breath awareness and a guided visualization to support reflection on the year behind you and connection to a word or intention for the year ahead.

Through a mindful sequence of forward bends, backbends, twists, and hip- and heart-opening postures, we’ll create space for release, renewal, and clarity—honoring both what we’re letting go of and what we’re welcoming in.

The practice will conclude with restorative postures, guided relaxation, and savasana, leaving you grounded, centered, and ready to step into the new year with intention.
