Mindful Movement + Yoga Nidra (75 minutes)
Unwind, restore, and reset in this deeply nourishing practice that blends gentle, intentional movement with the profound rest of Yoga Nidra. The first half of class focuses on slow, mindful postures designed to release tension, improve mobility, and connect breath with movement. Once the body is relaxed and the mind is settled, you'll be guided through Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," a state of deep relaxation between waking and dreaming. This powerful meditative experience helps reduce stress, improve focus, and promote overall well-being. All levels welcome; no prior yoga experience needed.
