Autumn Equinox Mindful Movement + Meditation is a practice that lets go of the warmth of summer and welcomes the cooling of autumn. An equinox is a day of balance when the length of daylight and nighttime is about the same. Our practice will include pranayama (breath work), slow-flowing movements focusing on balance and grounding postures, and conclude with a guided meditation with the intention of letting go. No experience necessary. All levels of students are welcome.
