Ashtanga Prep explores the foundational postures of the Ashtanga Primary Series. You'll move through a blend of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and gentle inversions, with an emphasis on breath awareness and mental focus. A consistent Ashtanga practice builds both physical strength and inner resilience. Open to all levels—no prior Ashtanga experience required.
