Ashtanga Prep focuses on the postures that make up the Ashtanga primary series. We will practice a mix of sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, and inversions. Attention will be given to breathwork and mental focus. A consistent Ashtanga practice develops strength of both body and mind. This class is open to all levels; no prior experience with Ashtanga is necessary.
