Introduction to Yoga is the best class for those new to yoga or if it has been a long time since you have practiced. In a comfortable environment, this class will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga practice, including breathing, alignment suggestions, use of props, and mindfulness practices. No experience is necessary. If you have a yoga mat, bring it; if not, have yoga mats available.
