Mindful Hatha is a class that emphasizes simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement for all bodies and all ages. Asanas/postures are practiced to promote flexibility, balance, and strength in the body. Breathing and meditation techniques may be integrated into the practice. All levels are welcome. Beginner friendly. 60 min.
