Yoga in the Park: Slow Flow Vinyasa
A flowing posture yoga practice at a moderate to slower pace with a focus on strength. This efficient 45 minute class begins with breathwork, moves into posture sequences, and closes with meditation. All levels welcome! 45 min.
Dates: June 7, 14, 21, and 28
Location: Spring Lake Park, in North Mankato, by the Pier, on grass, under three huge trees.
Bring a yoga mat and you may want a towel to place under your yoga mat for comfort.
Bring water.
Public bathrooms are available at Spring Lake Park.
Check in with the instructor when you arrive. Attendance will be taken.
